Called today. Said Aetna on my caller Id. Woman got very nasty with me when I asked a few questions after she said they were trying to verify address. I called number on my Aetna card and was informed it is a scam
I too have Coventry. My doctor sent me for a chest x-Ray and I received a bill from Mercy for $197 for the x-Ray and $39 for the radiologist. Called Coventry they said it was coded lifestyle instead of annual physical. They said if it was recoded and resubmitted they would pay bill. I called doctor and Mercy but they apparently think I am lying and wont change code. Called Coventry and asked them to call but they said they dont call providers! This is the first time I have used this insurance!!!!! I will definetly switch plans when Oct. comes!!!
