Received a call from them today at 8:13 in the morning. No message and the number said it was from First Health. My policy is no message, then no answer or call back unless it is a toll free number. I have no idea what they wanted since I don't have this type of insurance and no dependent children.
they called my cell phone today, I did not answer, they left a message about Health Insurance, looking for 'Norman Lucas' I have no clue who that person is. ???
I didn't recognize the number, so didn't answer. But they left a voicemail.
Identified themselves as from the Health Education Department of Coventry, and if I was interested in hearing more about an health education option then I should call them back.
I do have Coventry insurance, so I doubt it's a cold call or scam.
Got a call today from them. Unfortunately they didn't leave a message. It turns out I just signed up with them yesterday via Medicare website. I called them back and they couldn't find my info yet.
Caller ID said Coventry Health but I signed up with First Health, which is their prescription plan (same company).
