Yes identified herself as with Coventry...but she also said that her records did not indicate an end date to our policy when I said that we did not have insurance with them.
FLAG 1: She would not have access to an end date of a policy? Bull.
FLAG 2: We have never had a policy with them....ever. Which of course means that they would have no information such as an end date or start date or name or whatever.
FLAG 3: I asked her what my name was and she did not know.
My recommendation: Stay away from them. If they are legit...search their main number on the computer and call them.
NEVER EVER give your account information and ss# to someone on the phone that called you. Anyone can set up caller id to any number...even a legitimate #.
Got a call from this number from Coventry Health Education Department. I ended up calling my Customer Service number with Coventry and they confirmed that this was a legit call from Coventry and they transferred me to their department to continue with the call.
Caller identified themselves as Coventry Health Education Department. It was a health coach offering me the free benefit of a health coach that is included with my Coventry Insurance0.
