I have been seeing this number on my phone every day. They leave no message and when I call back I get a recording that they are currently closed. Very annoying.
This number calls me a few times a day. I answer and someone on the other end whom I can barely understand starts talking. I usually hang up but this thime I let him talk for a minute. He was asking about the car stuff too. I hung up and found on my phone where I can set it to reject that number automatically.

I receive a great deal of these type of calls and have filed complaints with the FTC. I got a call from this number and when there are a series of numbers above, I automatically ignore the call as I know it is another scam. Your post caught my eye however, as I also purchased a car from Cochran. Just to let you know.
I received 8 calls in the past week from this number -- finally answered today - they called my direct line at work (never get personal calls at this number)... asking for my husband, I asked who was calling - they said they were calling about a vehicle warranty... his truck was in for service last Monday 4/28 at the dealership, I started getting the calls last Monday.
The person had a hard time speaking English and the connection was poor... called number back and got the recording about the office being closed. I just don't understand why the number cannot be blocked -
