Who called from 4139989998

I received a call on my cell phone this afternoon at 2:40 PM EST and again on my home phone at 8:30 PM. When I try to return the call on my cell I receive a busy signal. When I try to return the call on my home phone I receive a voice message that sounds just like my son.

What can we do? Thanks.

just got a call I did not answer no message was left-

I have a cell phone that *no one* has the number to unless I've applied for a job.  I just missed a call from this same number.  Clearly, something is mass dialing and it's a scam.

got a call at 820 pm pst. didnt pick up..

Just had a missed call from this number, about 9 PM west coast time on Monday, Mar. 24. No message left.
