The reason my cell phone and house phone numbers are listed on "Do Not Call' is to stop such telemarketing calls, but 'Do Not Call' does not seem to be working. Am continuing to get several telemarketing calls and text messages offering cash or stating my credit card is in good standing or some language to that effect, but we'd like to offer . . etc. Have yet to wait and hear their whole spcheel. Still, it is annoying and it costs me for their calls and text messages on my Go-Phone. Maddening to say the least!
I got a call from these people today. I just filed a complaint with the FCC. Despite the fact that my number is on the do not call list, I still get a moderate number of calls from spammers such as these. I am not happy.
I am fed up too so I want to do a survey.
1. What state are in in now?
2. Did anyone receive calls from different numbers before saying press 1 if you do not want these offers?
3. Did anyone set up a deal with any telemarketers for international call deals?
4. and finally, does anyone own a HBSC CC.
I am just trying to connect the dots. Maybe there is a connection.

Just got the same call. It was a recorded message telling me she was calling for my credit card providers and the was no problem with my accounts but she could help me lower my intrest rates. funny thing is I have no credit cards at all. nice try scammers ...
