Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
I called back and asked him to take me off the list. He started saying "yes mam", "I love you", and other weird things. I put him on speaker phone and so others could hear this weirdness.

November 18, 2014: Call; left message. Poor English, accent (Indian?), talks fast. Said they were from the IRS & they had a case against me. "Don't ignore this call. "
November 20, 2014: Call; left message. Same as above. And saying it was my "Final Notice" and the IRS had filed suit against me.
November 29, 2014: I called back. Same as above. Asked for my SS#. I refused. They said if I did not give it to them, the police would come and arrest me. I asked when I could expect the police. They said 45". I said good, send them over & I'll talk to them. They got ruder and nastier. I hung up.
