My client got a call from this number threatening him w/an arrest because the police were right around the corner...They wanted a credit card...The IRS will NEVER call you because they don't have your cell or home number. They will write to you & give a number for YOU to call back & they give an ID number...They will not threaten you with arrest or deportation...These people are disgusting human beings preying on the innocent, elderly and aliens...Sickening situation.

On Jan 9, 2015 I just got this same recorded message, also from "Julie Smith."
I did call back -- should have checked this site first -- and the call immediately disconnected. So perhaps they were trying to see if it was a real phone number and now I'll be bombarded with spam? We shall see.
