Who called from 4152519114

Got a call from a man who spoke with a heavy Indian accent claimed to be an employee with the IRS stating I was about to be sued for tax fraud and late charges.  I asked him for call back information.  He gave me a call a back number, case number, and case worker's name (Michael Carter),  I called the number back.  A woman spoke with Indian accent greeted the phone with "IRS".  I asked for Michael Carter, she told me he was not available, but offered her assistance.  She looked up my case number and told me the IRS has filed charges against me.  I told her I did not have any prior communication with the IRS.  She told me their certified mail was not picked up.  She got agitated and hung up the phone after I inquired on the IRS procedure on filing against tax payers.
Their number showed up as a California number.  
Scammer like this should be arrested and punished.

I got a voice mail two hours ago.  A guy, Sean Harley, said I had to call back right away about my income tax.  I was thinking about calling back the phone was from CA.  So I googled and found out it's a scam.

Me too, got a call from an Indian guy saying that there is a "law sue" against me. He also got upset because I told him to mail me the info and he said that I should be checking my mail more carefully. WTF!? He even told me that I have a case # and I phone number to call back. I am surprised I didn't just hang up on him. Crazy....

Please note: THE IRS WILL NEVER CALL YOU, NEVER! They always send the letters/paperwork in the mail. I heard this on the radio from an interview to an IRS represantative.

I have received two calls from this person. Actually gave me a case number and a contact name of Michael carter. The man calling clearly had an Indian accent but said his name was Brian Smith. Any one know the number. I can call to report this?
