Caller said (may have been a robot)   "Do you have a drug or alcohol problem?"

I hung up immediately.   I'm expecting some important business calls, and I almost HAVE to answer my phone right now.   They are ruthless, and it is pathetic that "Do Not Call List" is NOT NOT NOT handling these low-lifers.

PS:  I do use call blocking(*60)  thru my phone company, so just added "415-363-9552" to auto-block, and also blocked it on my phone besides.

It seems they are invading cell phones now, too.   I got a couple, but it revealed "No time duration" for the call.   But, they did leave a message.  (Those two were political calls which ARE permitted by No Call List.)     The GOP is NOT my party, so I hope they're having fun.  One more reason to VOTE BLUE in November! ;)

called my cell, i never answer unknown calls, plus only few trusted friends and fam have my cell number...

Called my corporate cell phone (ILLEGAL).  These twerps need to be strung up on a pole so that we can line up to kick them in the balls.  Repeatedly.
