Who called from 4153639713

Same thing...three times this morning...on the iPhone 4S if you click the I in the circle next to the number and scroll down you can block the caller.  No app needed.

They keep calling me and I hear nothing on the other end and they hang up. I tried calling back but nothing happens

I have been getting calls from this number 3-5 times a day and no one is on the other end tried to take them off but I can't as there is no one live to talk with so now I just dont answer he call but it is annoying and really wish someone could assist me in this.

Called this morning - no voicemail.
I called back and got busy signal.
After some time again received phone call from this number.
I answered promptly, only to hear someone hanging up...
IF YOU'RE GOING TO HANG UP, THEN WTF ARE YOU CALLING!?!?!?

They have been calling me every day at least 3-4 times.  If they really want to get a hold of me...you would think they would leave a message!  Damn!
