I keep getting calls from this number too! I said, "Hello," heard a beep, then a female bot voice said, "Goodbye," and hung up on the first call. The second call came 15 minutes later and nothing at all just hung up.
I have got this call in the past and now they are calling back. I know people in the Bay area and I also work freelance in production so my number gets passed around. I don't recognize most numbers that call me. So I call back thinking it may be an old friend or work related but the number never connects when you call. Very odd.
