Who called from 4153639713

This number calls everyday around 4 in the morning pacific time. I've never received a voicemail message from them when I don't answer. The times that I answer the call its an automated voice saying good-bye as if they are somehow trying to gain information that way. I think the fact that people in any country are able to get fictitious online numbers makes it harder for anyone to track.

I got a call from this number every day.

Getting call from this number once a week around the same time (am).

I answered once, they talked about extending education.

It started calling me when I put my resume on the internet to look for a job.

Even though I have kept ignoring this number, it still calls me constantly.

I have been getting and doing all the same. I have had enough. Today I am going on the national donotcall.gov  site and fill an fcc complaint . I have done it before and it works for awhile until these idiiots figure out a news scheme....

I have been receiving multiple calls from 201-283-9628 for the past week, everyday, multiple times per day. Upon answering, no one is there. Today another listing is calling which is also, no response upon answering. This number is 415-363-9713.
