I got a call from this 415-363-9713 number and when I picked up the call and said hello all I heard in return was an automated female voice saying goodbye. WTF?

They call and don't answer. All I heard was a female operator saying goodbye...

This # had a Chinese speaking man this morning I could not understand him. We got disconnect ed. I called it back but my cell co said the # could not be reach. They just called again no one answered I heard a female automated voice say something then goodbye. I see other people are getting this

Got the same thing from that phone #

This number has been calling me at all hours of the day for a couple weeks now.  I tried to call it back today but it doesn't even ring.
