By the way, owing money is a civil matter, not a criminal matter. You cannot be arrested for a civil matter.  They can take you to court, but will have to have you served with a summons and complaint to appear, that involves having the sheriff of your county serve the papers on you. The scammers will have to prove in court that you owe the money - that ain't gonna' happen. I

This man called me, said his name was David and that i was being sued by a payday loan company for 3000.00 dollars, I do have payday loans but they are all current and not in default at all, in fact I called them and assured me  was not being sued. I called back to the 415 @ and ask to speak to Mike Carter, I was told he was in court, I finally spoke with him and told him I had talked to the paydays loan people and they knew nothing about this, he still insisted I was going to be arrested tomorrow morning. I am so upset by this,I would like to bring charges against them.

Both these #s have done same even called work and told my balls that I needed to call or have my lawyer call them or I was going to jail; 1-415-376-1481 / 1-951-389-0279 the guys name was Ben Williams. He stated I had to have 550 dollars by 2 dates for the now I owe you would be 4000 and I would be thrown in jail and served with papers tomorrow.  checking my 2 months previous bank stubs the money I owed has been deducted from my paycheck automatically every week. I know that. Unfortunately--many others who are being scammed by this criminals don't. That's what they count on--and is why I keep reposting these press releases.
