Got a call on Saturday, September 15 at 4:45 PM from Robert Williams claiming to be with the IRS. He wanted my attorney's contact information and threatened legal action if I did not give it. I declined the information, and he threatened again. I also have a voice mail from him with a similar threat.
This man called me and told me I was going to be served by my local sheriffs office the next day and when they arrested me, they will give me all the details. That I had frauded the IRS, ten years or so. Said I owe $2898 and i needed to have my attorney on hand tomorrow. so , that he can bail me out. When I told him I had no idea what was going on, he got very rude with me and told me I needed to listen and not interrupt what he was telling me.
I got the same call. Sounded very official! Called IRS because the person who called could not give me any info about why I owed the money!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
