I got this phone call today from the following number it's a female with a India accent my caller id says 415-484-8341 San Francisco/North Bay Area. Telling me to dial that number and a Kenneth Webster pick up with a non foreign accent telling me I owe in interest and penalties of $2800 while the female said $10000. Don't give out any of your information to these people
They call me from this number 415-484-8341 and 415-8569 yesterday....
That I will be have a warrant to arrest me today is I am not paid $1000.00 to the balance that I have
with the IRS. Unfortunately for me I make the mistake of paid that money to them. Then after was That I realize that was an scam
Got the call and asked for the IRS employee number, you could tell he had to think about it.
I asked what was the problem (Phil Watson was his name, had to ask three times as I could not
understand him) with him giving me his IRS employee number and he stated he is not allowed
to do that. I stated that I know the IRS and they can give out their numbers and if he did not
why should give him my time. # 415-484-8341 What a joke. The phone number is out of the
West Coast. San Francisco CA.
received v.m. to call 415 484-8341 urgent matter, female indian accent, called number= make answered hindian accent , background noise sounded like a call center, claimed fraudulent income on my taxes for past 5 yrs need to pay the irs in 2 hours or a warrant would be issued and I would be sentenced to 6 mos in jail. I asked him to read my information to me =, he hung up. I've called back twice since and they do not answer.
Call the real IRS and report this or use the link above that I posted.. This is a scam.. extortion scam! The real IRS does not call you, you get notified by us mail if they have a problem..
