called on 09/17/07 at 10:27am PST..someone actually answered and it was for updates for some free magazines

asked for me by name -- very long delay and poor sound quality, like overseas call, but no detectable accent. Female said I had been chosen for a free subscription to BioIPworld magazine (?). I told her I wasn't interested and hung up.
