called again at 3:04pm PST on 09-19-07...twice already today...these people just don't understand not to call

These SOB's called me 5 times today! Each and every time, they won't speak, and they just hang up. I can hear someone breathing, but they won't say a damn thing. Reporting these calls to AT&T as harassing phone calls. This crap needs to stop. I don't subscribe to their damn magazines and I don't know a single soul at Northrup Grumman, so why in the hell are they continually calling me and not saying a damn thing?!?
