DO NOT ANSWER PHONE....DO NOT CALL BACK....THEY DON'T CARE..
THEY ARE FISHING FOR VIABLE PHONE NUMBERS AND WHEN YOU ANSWER THAT JUST VERIFIES YOU OWN THE PHONE......DON'T PRESS "1". Either . That lets them get more info....they then sell your number to other companies and you wind up getting more calls. It's annoying for sure but just let it ring, after awhile calls will decrease....I only get maybe 3 a week. Now...just steel yourself, don't answer, check your caller ID. Most of the time they are robocalls....why do you think most don't speak.....they just want viable numbers which you give them when you answer or call back.
Received a call from this number at 8:34 AM this morning. I was in a hurry to get out the door, and I answered it with looking first. MDS communications was soliciting donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital. I told them I didn't have any money, that everything we make goes to support Obama. He started getting hostile and I hung up. As I was leaving I could hear the phone ringing again. When I got home, I had several calls from this number, but no messages.
received a call at about 1:45 pm (PST). Asked for my husband or me by name. I said neither party was here but I could take a message. She said it was St. Jude's and the message was too long to write down and then she hung up! I rarely answer an unknown number but this one looked legit. Won't happen again!!(I also donate to St. Jude's)
