Was threatened by Alex Watson - Badge #909918591 to immediately go to Safeway to obtain a voucher and pay IRS immediately (within 2 hours) or i would be through in JAIL!
I received a call from this number and was hung up on several times, they even asked for my ssn. The last time I got through to them they asked why I was harassing them and was told not to call back.

Don't know anything about phone cloning, but it is clear that they have a lot of information when they do make those calls. Some calls however are just random.
It's a good idea never to return those kinds of calls. The Indian and Pakistani scammers become very abusive when they find their scams aren't working.
