Really annoying recruiter, I do not recall submitting my resume to her and I've received three phonecalls in three days, plus two generic emails. She also calls at 8am, which can be brutal since I am currently working nights. In my previous jobs, we tried not to call clients before 9am, as that's a more acceptable time to call unless you know someone is in their office starting at 8am.
Called around 2 pm, let it go to voicemail. From what I can tell they are a legit staffing company who came across my resume on careerbuilder.com. Haven't called them back but he said it regarded a position they have available.
Having friends in the industry when you deal with a recruiter for a staffing agency they tend to be more upbeat in order to fill a position and get paid.
STAY AWAY FROM INSIGHT GLOBAL!!!!
This place is a straight scam. The company regularly posts fake jobs and asks for your personal references so that they can try and sell their services to your past employers.
Insight Global contacted me on two different occasions claiming that they were working with recruiting for a client. Immediately after they received the names and telephone numbers of my references they stopped returning my calls and sent the following email:
Good morning! I apologize for not returning your calls yesterday. It was a full day and I was out of the office for most of the day and I understand that is no excuse. Regarding the position, it is actually no longer open. They closed the position quickly because they decided to fill it internally. I will definitely keep you in mind for any future positions and again I apologize for my lack of response yesterday. I hope you have a great day.
Best Regards,

Insight Global, Inc.
Recruiter
After receiving this email I contacted the client they named, and the company NEVER heard of Insight Global. If anyone from Insight Global contacts you do not give them any of your personal information. Report them to your local District Attorney and the Better Business Bureau.
Some guy named "Eli" called me because he found my resume on Monster.com. He gave me a short phone interview and asked me to come into the office for a in-person interview tomorrow with "adam".
I went to their website, and it looks a little sketchy for a company that supposedly sells to high tech companies. They also have timesheets posted on their website? Like that's not strange enough.
Also, the only Yelp review they have is written by "Adam", who raves about how wonderful the company is. Way to save face of the company. not.
I am not looking forward to hearing any followup calls.
They called me twice in Feb. 2010, one from man the other from girl.
They also sent email. Very short generic email contained nothing about job.
I did not get phone calls from this suspicious firm.
The voice messages were so generic either contained nothing about job.
After read this site I realized that they are job scam firm.
They are trying to collect personnel information with fake or
un-matched job. They voice and attitude looks not like HR. They look more like sales or marketing.
So weird time sheet on their web-site. They looks bad firm who steal not only personnel information but also worker's salary
using time sheet.
