Really annoying recruiter, I do not recall submitting my resume to her and I've received three phonecalls in three days, plus two generic emails. She also calls at 8am, which can be brutal since I am currently working nights. In my previous jobs, we tried not to call clients before 9am, as that's a more acceptable time to call unless you know someone is in their office starting at 8am.

I have received several calls from different "recruiters" at Insight Global, including a call this morning.
Every call has focused on my most recent position, and every recruiter has attempted to obtain the name of my last manager. The recruiters at Insight Global have also asked for the number of my most recent manager, along the other managerial references. The recruiter I spoke with this morning also asked for the names of companines I am currently interviewing with.
When I asked this recruiter of she had a position she was recruiting for, she mentioned an out of state company looking for a candidate to work on a short term contract. I told her I am a homeowner and was not looking to relocate, and her response was that I could stay at an extended stay motel.
Other positions I have discussed with Insight Global were not even close to a fit with my experience.
This is not typical behavior for a legitimate recruting firm. Insight Global is a paper mill that relies on job-seekers to obtain leads (via candidates' managerial references and interviews). Do not provide them with this information. Hopefully they will go out of business. There are many recruiting firms out there who do their own due diligence, and who do not deceive job seekers
I feel sorry for the young recruiters they hire at Insight Global. These recruiters are likely unaware that Insight Global is a fraudulant staffing and recruting firm, and they will not benefit from their experience there when it is time to move into a legitimate firm.
Really? You're complaining about someone calling to recruit you for a job. There's probably a million + people out there in the U.S. right now that would love to have your problem. I don't even know Insight Global but I think you're pretty weak. Sorry you like to get started at 9am...slacker.
I just did some research and it turns out Insight Global is one of the largest and best Staffing agencies in the nation. Sounds like they're doing something right.
