These folk are amazing how in the world did they obtain my cell phone number?? My cell phone is listed on the DO NOT CALL LIST. No message was left. If they call back I'm reporting them.
August 2011 they claim to be from my local cable company. Offshore callers with poor connection and of course offshore scammers ignore the U.S. "Do not call" list.

They call me several times a day for about three months now, even late at night. My phone requires them to leave a name before it will ring all the way through and they always hang up. I tried calling it back and it says "Can not be completed as dialed". I'm on the no call list also. Wish they would quit!
Received call here in Tennessee from SNFC Cntrl, California, 415-852-3761, at 2:15 pm, August 11, 2011. No one on other end of line. Unable to reach number by callback. All the signs of scammers using prepaid phone card.
Got a call from this number on 8/8/11 @2:52CDT in Louisiana. Caller-ID said SNFC CNTRL CA
Didn't answer, and did a Google search immediately. I never answer a number I'm not familiar with, or not expecting. If the call is important enough, they'll call me back.
Just a hint to others. Never give your phone number out at ANY store!!! I think I'm getting these types of solicitor calls now because I gave my phone number out without thinking at Toys-R-Us a while back. I refuse to give my number out anymore, and dare them to not sell me something because of it.
Radio Shack is notorious for this too, but they are both not the only ones. I have no problem giving out my zip code, as they can't get to me directly, but no more phone numbers. The calls from many various companies haven't stopped since I gave my number to Toys-R-Us. My advice: don't answer unfamiliar numbers at all.
Also, never put your phone number on those store 'rewards' cards. I don't doubt those places are selling phone numbers. Why does a store honestly need to have a special card so you can get a special price? To sell your info to telemarketers. Think about it.
