Received a call from Sausalito CA and that they were filing charges for my ex-husband in a County in California. He's dead! I would like to see them serve him (of course, it's a SCAM so they won't).The house they are going to serve him at has been raized and obviously he's not at his place of employment nor his residence.
I received a call from 415-915-8562 a lady by the name of Ruby claimed she was from Alameda County Pre-trial Processing... she also claims Titan Group LLC will be suing me re a debt. I and one of my acquaintances had just (5 minutes ago)received a call from 8087253589 same people trying to make me pay more money. They are now upset because I just discovered that this is a SCAM and I have been paying them for 2 years. I have contacted the State Attorney's Office and have been advised not to pay more money.
They are starting in Connecticut now under number 203-343-0990. They were calling from Pre-trial Processing..., called them back, and agent picked up, a lot of back ground noise, like is a call center, It sounds like a collection agency. The message left stated , some sort of litigation against me and I was being sued and going to court. Right, court always sends paper.
I just received a phone call from 415-763-0820 from California, stating that I took out a Pay Day Loan in 2008 and I never paid it back. Stated it was then a charge off in 2010. I have not taken out a Pay Day Loan in 2008 from the California area, in fact, I did not live in California in 2008 so I knew something was wrong. I asked for documentation and they put me on hold transferred me to another person and basically said, good luck in court and have a nice day and hung up!! I stressed to them that someone used my information but obviously this is a scam. All they would say is they were from Division Pre Trail Department. What a joke, but I was pretty freaked out....
Woman with heavy accent called. Lots of background noise. Said there have been allegations/charges and upcoming lawsuit. If we sent $ they would settle for a smaller amount an not have to appear in court. Mentioned Alameda County.
Just got a call form these guys, saying the I had a payday loan from 10 years ago! BTW that was settled 10 years ago!
But the said they were from arbitration and that I was going to have to go to court if I didn't pay them now Where I would be forced to pay 3x the amount. And the the judge wouldn't ask me any questions and that I would have no chance to help myself after this phone call. Then when I said thats not how the legal system works in this country and that I don't appreciate the threats they got MAD! And said that they weren't even suppose to be talking to me and that they were doing me a favor and that they don't appreciate my attitude. So I said they can send me a letter and I'll take my chances in court. THEY WERE SO INTIMIDATING, DONT LET THEM BULLY YOU
