got a call from this number on feb 23rd 4:38pm; didnt answer since it started with 000.
its getting to get very annoying seeing as these ppl are scam artists and its been happening with U.S. area codes as well.

telus is my provider and i know it wont make a diff if i block b/c a new # will just surface as it has. this sucks and needs to stop. i know its rough times but FIND OTHER WAYS TO MAKE $$$ AND STOP BOTHERING PPL.

oh yes they have. I had received several of these calls. Usally one or twice daily. Both times starting with 416-000

Same here! They called me five times using five different numbers each time!

I WAS with Virgin Mobile which is operating uder the BELL network.

Oh and another one is from California.818-870-5058.
They're sooo annoying.
