I get this call, so ....

I have a service wth my cell provider called "call manage" i blocked the call, no voice mail, they get "this person is not accepting your call"

I keep getting calls from this stupid number and whenever I answer, they don't talk. It's REALLY annoying. Whenever I call them back, to find out the reasoning of the call, the number is "Not assigned." This number should be terminated!

Continue to receive nuisance calls from this company...usually at between 9am-11am

this is really annoying and should be cut off, is it not that simple? and how long should i expect to receive this number for?
