I believe the number is being routed through some sort of call centre, which is why some people are reporting corporations (such as Telus, Bell, HBC, etc.) and also long distance calls (Ghana, UK, etc.).
I had a friend call me from the UK and she was using one of those long-distance calling cards and the number that came up on my phone was 416-252-0153.

it was a man and he had this creepy molester voice
said i was his friend named sunny? obviously a complete stranger
kept saying i was gonna b his friend or i didnt know him yet
asked me for my name and age
i hung up on him after and he called twice back
i tried calling bak his number but the service is unavailable
i was scared shitless LOL
My wife got a call from the same number. Imagine, they were all sleeping when this number called at around 11pm. We need to do something about this number and who is responsible for this. I already reported this to police.
