The number is likely spoofed and you are never going to know to whom it belongs because it's faked. Ignore the call. BLOCK the number. Get a call blocker for you landline and download a call blocking app for your cell. Here's the 800notes forum on call blockers.

Call tonight allegedly from John (with a strong southeast Asian accent) of Airduct Cleaning Services. After intermittent interruptions during the greeting, he asked me to hang on a minute and the line went dead before I had a chance to ask him to put me on their do not call list.
Calling the number back resulted in a recorded voice stating that the number was not valid. Neither Canada411.ca nor 411.ca seem to have a company called "Airduct Cleaning Services" unless it's preceded by some initials.
Criminals trying to scam your info by offering various "services". Caller Id said "CIK Telecom" but that might just be the phone service they are using.
