Read Section 16 ("Buyer's Right to Cancel") of your contract. If you have not received your order within 30 days of signing the contract, you have the right to cancel your agreement within one year. You signed on Nov.30 and did not receive your order until Jan.22? That is grounds for disolving the agreement. Tell them in writing.
Get out while you can. We did and I'm prepared to fight these guys in court if that's what it takes. You can also join me in filing a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

i just called this number back and they are Canadian Fine Foods. its a place where you can order food to have delivered to your home to save time and money. they are looking for families of 3 or more and I only have myself and my daughter and i dont "qualify". hope this helps
by the way, I asked him to take my number off the call list and he took my number and said no problem... not sure if that will really happen yet or not.
I also now have received a few phone calls from this number. When I try and call back I always get a busy signal and they never leave a message when they do call. I will continue to try to have my number removed from their list but no one ever seems to want to answer lol.
I've had a few calls from them also. Never any messages. I actually answered the phone today and nobody was there, possibly while the auto-dialer transfered the call to a live agent (they get two Hellos then I hang up). I tried calling back to get my number off the list; no busy signal but no one answered.
They came to my door a couple of years ago with a shady-sounding sales pitch. Wasn't interested then either.
