Read Section 16 ("Buyer's Right to Cancel") of your contract. If you have not received your order within 30 days of signing the contract, you have the right to cancel your agreement within one year. You signed on Nov.30 and did not receive your order until Jan.22? That is grounds for disolving the agreement. Tell them in writing.
Get out while you can. We did and I'm prepared to fight these guys in court if that's what it takes. You can also join me in filing a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

I ordered from a sales rep that works at the grocery group, i saw him in person otherwise i wouldnt have bothered to order or speak good about the company but so far everything has worked out more so than what I expected. Keep up the good work.
Sales rep asked me to write something if i enjoyed the groceries delivery service from grocery group. buying butcher cuts in bulk is good for us since we always entertain. They want to change their image. anyways the deal worked since my ordered butcher cuts are what i wanted all along. our stores dont have the quality always so as long as i get good butcher cutst, i'm good.
I am currently in the process of cancelling my order. So far no good. I am about 5 days into my 10 day cancel period and I have called multiple times a day. Not looking good so far. No one returns my calls. I have left multiple numbers and made sure I was available to answer. I get the feeling for the next 5 days I will be ignored/avoided via telephone so am planning a trip to their office if this continues, where it is much harder to ignore/avoid me. Anthony was also my Sales Rep.
I have been reffered to another company with much better prices by a long standing friend. To ensure no one takes this message as a company vs company mud sling I am going to leave the business name out of this post until I try the food for myself.
its probably the owners who are making the good posts!!!! The company they dont care about anyone but themselves....... better to just go to the grocery store ...... the reason why they dont tell you prices of the meat is cause there twice as high as a butcher shop they just use the cupboard goods as a hide away to make u feel like your getting a good deal.....if your thinking about seeing a food rep ask them the prices of the meat and see what excuse they will give..... anyways your choice on if you want to waste your money or not.
