Caller ID said 'NOT IN USE'. I almost laughed. Someone chose that one. So, since it is not in use, I picked up, but said nothing, and was responded to in the same way. After about 20 seconds I just hung up.
I always report violations on the Do Not Call Registry website. The one problem I have is that they ask for the number that called you, and I do not have caller ID and do not wish to spend $.75 using *69 each time they call in order to find out the number that called me.
I thought I was finally rid of this number calling but its starting again but now it's on my cell phone.A few months ago I traced it to a hotel in Springfield Mo
I have AT&T and got a call from this number today. Energy company leaves 2 second silent message. I'm on the do not call list and keep getting calls from this number. Called back and went through number removal a week ago and they called again tonight.
