Found this call in my voicemail claiming same as others. Googled the phone number I didn't recognize as they did not leave one, and found this page. Thanks!
I got a call from this number this morning on my cell. The message was a recording about a complaint lodged against my social security number. It urges to call back (number not given), then disconnects. I found another instance of a call yesterday on the landline. Called it back. Woman who answered said this was the law office of Delile and Green (spelling conjectural--cannot find this firm online). I apologized and hung up immediately
I have been getting messages from this number several times I finally was able to call them back they gave me my name and the last 4 digits of my social and I asked them what is this about and they said that it was for a payday loan but I haven't done payday loans in years and I expressed it to her she gave me my old address and old email address that I havent used for years an old bank account, she had all my old credentials. I didn't give her any of my updated information. she couldn't tell me specifically who the people were that i supposedly took out this loan with. she kept going back and forth as to whether it was online or a walk in business because i was confusing her with all sorts of untrue information then she asked me did I want to pay it I said no because I don't owe and she couldn't give me any credible information. so then she proceeded to say that I would be subpoenaed and I said fine, do it, and she got mad and hung up the phone.
I received about three calls in the last two weeks from this number, the message is the same as everyone on here. I did call the number back, but it silent no ringing or anything.
got the same call. called back from my office line (which identifies as our generic office number),and the lady picked up and said "yeah, Jeremiah?" that's not my first name, but good try. total scam
