answered this one today (it has called before). male knew my last name. when I asked who he was, he hung up. using caller id, I called number and a recorded message referred me to www.securestech.net (or at least this is what it sounded like). there is no where on thi swebsite to complain about calls. the site is connected to correctional facilities. baffling and annoying.
Caller ID is Johnson City, TN. I do not pick up the phone with unknown caller IDs. I am on the do not call list. I have had two such calls in as many days. They never leave a message.
