This company called after a stay at he hospital to survey how the stay was. Snoopy [***] to harvest info for marketing and to give intel to the Hospital billing dept and sell data to other sources.
I got a call for the first time today from this number, left a 6 second long msg, lady yelling in the background and a strange manly coughing noise? also scared me a little because i live in TN.
They have called my cell phone four times and have left no message. Fortunately I have caller ID and I do not answer calls from numbers that I do not recognize. I noted a reply that said they are some company doing a survey, and if that's the case I gotta tell you they must desperately want my opinion. I'd gladly share that but it's unprintable.
They called my mother in laws phone asking about her services at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, Foley Alabama. Anybody been to this hospital? If so maybe this is why. We have filed a complaint with the Medical board on the horrible care and near death experience. Thank god we life flighted her home to Tennessee before they killed her.
This was a survey from a recent hospitalization I had. No incentive. But they just wanted to rate how the hospital stay was. I was at Wythe County Community Hospital, in Wytheville, VA.
