This company called after a stay at he hospital to survey how the stay was. Snoopy [***] to harvest info for marketing and to give intel to the Hospital billing dept and sell data to other sources.
12:28 p.m. - Just ignored another call from 423-490-7446 identified as HealthStream. They called last night at 7:20 p.m. Does HealthStream calendars have Saturday and Sunday on it? Apparently it doesn't. They call all week long, then have the temerity to call on the weekends. Ridiculous this is!
Got a call from them 3 days in a row now (Friday, Saturday, and today). I have caller ID and don't answer if I don't recognize the number. If it's about a recent doctor/hospital visit, they're calling the wrong people-- we haven't been to a doctor in at least 5 years, and haven't been in a hospital in about 10 years. This calling on weekends and at night (we get home from work late, especially when I have after-hours work scheduled like I did Friday) is ridiculous.
'Received two calls from them today (10/20/2012) and several more over the past few weeks. 'Didn't answer; and they never left any message. I don't answer if I don't recognize the number.
this number has called me twice a day for 8 days i call back hoping to be removed from thier calling list, they explain they who they are, by recording. health services. survey takers with no extra calls form second or third party, seems like everytime around elections i get these calls, and they sneak in a few that doesnt seem to apply to their survey. i just want off thier list, and they have no options for removal.
