Who called from 4242268952

Keep getting annoying phone calls from the above number.  No message is left.  What can I do
to stop these annoying phone calls.

every day, twice a day and no message --  call block doesn't work with the number which  never seems to connect when we try to call them back and tell them where to stick their phone!

I am sick & tired of getting this # 424-226-8952 calling every night @ the same time & never saying a word on their end...I want it to stop immediately or I will have take legal matters to have it done.....

I've been getting two or more calls a day for more than a week. When I answer, a recording says, "Hi, I'm Amber, and I'm doing a short political survey." Then starts asking questions. No person on the other end. I always hang up. When I don't answer, still get the calls but no message is left.

I'm in Hilo, and get calls from this number 2x in a row, for many nights.  I don't answer, and no message is left.  I hate it.  I am on the Do Not Call registry.
