Who called from 4243699016

Got a call from this number on my land-line - the caller ID showed it as "LocalCaChapter". I let the anwering machine take it and the caller didn't leave a message. I will block this number.......

Missed the call; no message was left.

Fake robo-human recording says "How are you today?"  When you respond, it continues with "The Police Activities League is sponsoring ...".  I hung up at that point.

Called at 8:22PM. CID said "Los Angeles" but its a fake phone number that is now blocked.

Received call on cell.  Caller left no message.
