Received call from 424-369-9016 to my landline. I didn't recognize the number so I blocked it while it was still ringing. I added 424369 (area code + 3-digit prefix) to my call blocker which will block all future calls beginning with those six digits.
I receive on average 1-2 calls a week on my iPhone. Every time, I block the number and create a contact stating "telemarketer". I must have 300+numbers now blocked. Verizon allows you the block numbers for a monthly fee or u can block up to 10 for free but obviously that will not fix the issue. I am thinking my only choice is to just get a new phone number because I am so tired of the weekly calls. I keep my landline phone unplugged and only use it for the fax but I need my cell phone for work.
