Rec'd call at 2:25 on 4/6/16. I could tell by the number it was a telemarketer but answered anyway to waste some of their time. Nothing but dead air when I picked up. CID was simply Los Angeles CA.
We have a family member in law enforcement. I asked him about some of these "police charities" and his reply was he'd never heard of any of them. Don't fall for telemarketers, hold on to your money.
This is an INVALID phone number. It is spoofed and completely phony. Therefore, we know whatever they are selling is a fraud! These criminals also use the phony number of 424-369-9016. Block these criminals and report them. My caller ID read: "14243699018". Oh, please!!!!!
I totally agree with andrew. they are total thief's I answered their call & ask them questions about who they were affilated with, they stutter, changed the subject it went on & on the charity they supposedly represent is complete bogus other words they would steal from the dead if they could or any person who wanted to help others.
