I've been receiving calls from Convergys. I looked up the company in Google. It's a legitimate company but I believe someone is spoofing their number. If it was important they would have left a message, none left. I have blocked them.
I answer the phone but there was dead air on the other end. I'm waiting for a few seconds talking occasionally just in case it was a computer but still nothing.
