I've been receiving calls from Convergys. I looked up the company in Google. It's a legitimate company but I believe someone is spoofing their number. If it was important they would have left a message, none left. I have blocked them.
WARNING: If you are going to associate with a company, please look it up here. I would suggest that you run the other way if you are in California. I am in Illinois so there is no reason for me to run. I would not hire a company in California and if they got companies in Illinois, I would shy away from calling them. What is a CONVERGYS? That is what is listed when I go to my Caller ID. I did not answer this call. They only rang 5 times - I guess they have a lot of people they have to call. I would suppose no one in Calif. will be called.
Convergys it said on the caller ID. I answered and held the phone up to the TV that was running an ad for urinary catheters. And the dumbf%ck calling kept asking "Hello?" What a pathetic sack of [***].
WARNING: If you are going to associate with a person or an organization, please look the number up here and run the other way. You probably can find the person working for Convergys on games.com playing slots. That is all they have. I feel sorry for them. I usually do not answer these calls because they are not in my state.
Convergys is a survey company that calls people after some customer service situation happens. In my case, it was an interaction with Merrill Edge regarding a funds transfer. They called 5 times before I could actually answer the call. Never left a message. The rep asked me a number of 1 to 10 survey questions, which were annoying to answer. She was very polite, and only doing here job. It seems that B of A/Merrill Edge should reconsider how many people they are pissing off in an attempt to have better customer service. If it wasn't such a hassle, I would move my money elsewhere.
