Oh joy, this number called me a few times this morning. It's an illegal robocall saying press 1 to update your business listing and then repeats that a second time and hangs up. Caller ID shows RL2 Services. It's a scam folks. If it were legit, there probably would not be 6 pages of complaints. File FCC complaints. The more of us who complain, the more likely something will be done about this nonsense.
These idiots called our business today at 1405 hrs. Same pre-recorded message of a woman's voice inanely going on about "Please press 1 to update your FREE internet listing. Again, please press 1 to update your listing." I held on the phone, not pressing anything. It disconnected. Yet another Google-based scam aimed at businesses. I get this call multiple times a week, usually from different phone numbers: 513, 206, 360 and now 425 'area codes.' Undoubtedly spoofed numbers. I'll keep reporting this crap to the FCC even if they don't or can't do anything about it. Neither the name of the company nor a call-back number is ever mentioned in the recording which, if I understand correctly, are both required by the FCC for robomessages. Not that scam artists care. Or the FCC for that matter. Ugh!
Robocall as described above to press 1 for Free listing. This number is owned by Telecom Pacific, LLC of WA state which is owned by Steve Hamilton of Pacific Telecom Communications which holds the FTC record for complaints ever filed. The robocall is illegal even if it offers FREE services because it does not have the actual name of the company or a contact phone number in the body of the robocall. So file your complaints!
Slimelords of robocalling camel puke.
