I got the same call.....call them and [***] em out....they'll take your number off the account...they act like pricks about it too....but it gets the job done
Yup, the same automated message. Whether I feed it to voice mail or answer directly, it's always an automated message. If it's really so important, how come they don't have a live person call? I've never called back but am a bit tempted thinking it may be a mistake that could ultimately lead to someone messing with my credit. Not sure, but either way, it's getting annoying.
They called a cell phone today and left an authomated message with an account number only. No referece to what this was about other then a "important business matter". Phone number came up unkown.
it is NOT a law firm. It has a name that sounds like one (burgess & wolf, blah blah) but they are NOT a law firm. Tell them you do not want to deal with them period. You do not have to. They have no power over you. They also have terrible record keeping. They called me about a debt to the phone company that was long since paid. They suck. Tell them to never call you and that you never want to work with them in any way, shape or form. They are NOT a law firm and even if they were, it makes no difference. Calling people about debts is not what law firms do. A real law firm will file a lawsuit that must be served upon you personally.
I keep getting unsolicited calls from these people I have never used my cell number for any kind of purchase agreement it is emergency only use. the only places that have it are the car finance companies and both of which are current I am a stay at home mom and only oredered through ABC distributing one time and the stuff was so cheap and chintzy I sent it all back so why would they be calling me?
rec'd call from someone using local number. left message on my voicemail. Message really is coming from 440-735-5115. McCarthy, Ferguson & Wolfe. They never say who they're looking for. Sneaky. Say they have business proposal to discuss
