I got the same call.....call them and [***] em out....they'll take your number off the account...they act like pricks about it too....but it gets the job done
We got the same message today at our business. We've never used LTD Commodities, so not sure why they are calling. Interestingly, they said it was the law firm of McCarthy, Burgess and Wolf and gave the OH number, but caller ID was from Kansas City KS.
I keep getting these calls on my work line. The caller id is saying it's a local number but the call back number they give is 440-735-5115 and leave a reference number. I've tried multiple times to call back and no one answers. I just get an automated message saying "please hold for the next available agent". This is BS
Ok. So I finally got through this time when I called back! It is a legitimate law firm/collection agency. One of our stores had an outstanding balance on an invoice. They had contact names and store information. I was shocked. I really thought they were scammers lol
I totally take back my previous statement. I'm not convinced they are legit, but regardless, I forwarded the message onto our legal department and our lawyer responded that they have a 100% negative BBB rating. Quite a feat. I'm ignoring calls unless they file suit (which I highly doubt they will).
This is a complete spam. They call from another number: 5512265778 in order to reference this number 4407355115 to leave a robo message with a reference number. I never called them back because it seems too much like a scam. If your an illegimate agency than there is no reason to hide your number and harass people with robo calls. I blocked their number immediately. I been getting too much of this spam calls since using my number for employment.
