This number has called my phone a lot in the past few weeks. I answered it once and it was a guy asking me to renew my AAA with him and to give me a credit card.. I didn't said no thanks. He was not happy. Just got 3 more calls today from the number....

Only I don't have triple A....
Caller ID said Auto Club Of So.
This IS NOT AAA employee. Ironically I work for AAA. We do not call out & request ANY personal information from our road side assistance department. When a member's membership is about to expire a renewal form is sent 45 days prior to expiration date. IF the member doesn't renew within that time, the membership is cxd. With that being said, the member has to contact us to give payment information. We do NOT solicit any form of payment by contacting our member's over the phn. I also received a call from the phone # 469-221-6006, no msg or anything. Wouldn't you think that if this was a legit phone call from a legit business a vm would've been left as well as an 800#. DO NOT TRUST the post that says otherwise. Most likely the positive post are from the same ppl that are the scammers that are doing the calling!!
I just applied for an online auto insurance quote from AAA, so I'm pretty sure it was them calling. The caller didn't say anything when I answered though. Problem may have been the Bluetooth headphones. I took them off to answer the phone and I don't think the headphones were disconnected. I couldn't hear anything without the headphones on so I hung up. They called right back and I tried to answer when I heard a voice on the headphones laying on the desk. By the time I replaced the headphones on my ears the call had gone to some phone tree and in order to talk to someone, (#4), landed me on "muzak" hold. No thanks.
