you are the lucky ones. I have 91 numbers in my log and counting over the years i have been with them. 1 day late and the calls start one every 20 min from a different number.
This is Capital One. They called me non-stop yesterday at work and when I let the call go to voice mail they would dial "0" to get the receptionist and have her put the call through again to my phone, then when I would not answer yet again, they dailed "0" again and had the receptionist page me, and finally when I didn't answer the page they called my cell phone (which I never gave to them by the way). This cycle went on over and over again throughout the day and like others who have posted here, they used multiple different phone numbers, so far 972-378-3547 and 469-241-7000. I finally got too fed up with it and called them back around 3 or 4 pm. and demanded that they discontinue calling me at work. First they said they had only called three times which I told them was not true, then they said they would put a "note" in their system not to call me at work, but threatened to start calling the referrals I had given when I took out the loan, and finally said they would re-possess my car, I told them that they had to do whatever they had to do but they can't keep calling me at work. However, I got a call at work today from 972-378-3547 at 8:32 AM and guess who? Capital One. Now I just got a second call from 469-241-7000 first at 10:05 AM on my work phone, then from the same number at 10:13 AM on my cell phone. So far today is stacking up similarly to yesterday, with the exception that it doesn't look like they are bugging the receptionist today...
I got a call from this # on my cell and I didn't answer because I didnt hear my phone ring! And after reading other post about this # I dont know why these people would be calling me!
Me too. Also be aware that those 972 numbers are outsourced. They will also call and ask if your business accepts credit cards. Capital One is the worst. I swear as soon as I can I am refinancing somewhere else.
I received a call on my cell for my cousin who recently bought a car with Capital One Finance. A lady called me asking for him. How the hell did they get my number and why are they calling me asking for him!
