you are the lucky ones. I have 91 numbers in my log and counting over the years i have been with them. 1 day late and the calls start one every 20 min from a different number.
They do think that they are slick. Do you think that we are going to answer when the same area code comes up but a different name. They (capital one) call from a number that is saying Austin Comm with a 972 area code. If you call it, DUH it is Capital One. How stupid are they??? I will NEVER get a car loan through them again. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone either.
They don't care if you have just make a payment within the last 24 hours.
They will continue to call until you are current. They also informed me that they can call up to 15 times a day which I told them was ridiculous and aggravating. I guess they feel that it's okay to harrass people and they say it's legal.
I have gotten calls from this number on my cell 4 times.
