you are the lucky ones. I have 91 numbers in my log and counting over the years i have been with them. 1 day late and the calls start one every 20 min from a different number.
I have a capital one auto loan. It has been my WORST MISTAKE. I made 2 carpayments from a srporate bank account and BOTH payments were never posted to my car loan. I get calls all hours of the day from this number and I have tried SEVERAL times to talk with Capital One Reps. in an effort to get this worked out. I have faxed copies of payments for the past 3 years and it still hasn't been corrected!!! Help!!!
Received a call from 469-241-7000 and they did not leave a message. I do not have any loans with Capital One Car Finance or with any other company for that matter.
