This is a tele marker who called twice. The first time "Glenn" called, he said it was regarding solar energy. I told him we aren't interested. The second time (several hours later) he called and I recognized his voice and once again he said his name was "Glenn". I told him that I already said we weren't interested and he said "No no you are wrong, I'm calling from a mortgage broker". I told him to never call us again and he hung up on me. Total scam.

Blocking them using your phone won't work because their computer will just generate another phony caller id number and your phone won't recognize it. Buy a call blocker. Sentry's works excellent for $39.
They left message saying something to do increase crimical activity in the area 5 houses will receive a on star home protection at no cost if you put a small solar sign in front yard to advertise new tech in the neighborhood.
My caller ID read Allen. I did not answer because I do not answer numbers I do not know. The answering machine answered and left no message. I will block this number out.
Received a call from 469-270-7068 on 03/10/2015 at 7:42 PM, the CNAM read as "Local Ranking." The call was automatically blocked by our PhoneTray software.
Just received a call from this number. Went to voicemail, but they did not leave a message. We are on the Do Not Call list, so they should not be calling this number. Based on that and the comments here, they are prabably scammers. I suspect they are robo-dialing and I will receive a call from them at work and then my cell. Thanks, guys, I'll just block this number proactively. Caller ID just says Allen, TX.
